SMS Privacy Notice — Set The Stage Henderson

This notice describes how B&G Ventures, LLC, doing business as Set The Stage Henderson (“we,” “us”), collects and uses mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data. It supplements the Set The Stage Privacy Policy. Where the two differ with respect to SMS data, this notice governs.

What we collect

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we collect your phone number, your consent record (the date, time, and method of opt-in), and the content of the messages you exchange with us.

How we use it

We use your mobile number to send the messages you requested — scheduling and appointment confirmations, staging project and delivery updates, service-related questions, and replies to your inquiries.

How we share it

We share customer records — including name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and service history — with Set The Stage, our franchisor, as required by our franchise agreement, for franchise administration, quality assurance, and reporting purposes only. That transfer is subject to the confidentiality and use restrictions set out in our franchise agreement.

We share your mobile number with the service providers who help us deliver text messages, and only as necessary to deliver them, under binding confidentiality and data protection obligations.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent data.
